  • Revocation of consent at any time, easily and free of charge, by simply communicating your decision to the AMIF Data Protection Officer. The revocation of consent does not invalidate or make illegitimate the processing of personal data that has been carried out before the date of revocation.
  • Opposition to processing, in cases where consent is not the applicable legal basis for the processing of your personal data, and when there is a violation of the legislation. AMIF will assess whether your opposition is justified or not, taking necessary measures to suspend processing or providing reasons for considering the processing lawful and permissible.
